SPIREHOLD DATA DELETION
To request deletion of SpireHold data controlled by Fire Jump Studios, email support@firejumpstudios.com with the subject “SpireHold Data Deletion.” Include the approximate date and contents of any tester feedback you submitted so we can identify it. Do not send passwords or payment information.
We will delete identifiable SpireHold tester feedback and other Fire Jump Studios-controlled data linked to your request. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Local save data remains only on your device and can be removed by clearing SpireHold’s app data or uninstalling the game. Google Play Games profiles, achievements, leaderboard scores, cloud saves, and Google advertising data are managed by Google; use Google Play Games, Google Account, and Android privacy controls to manage or delete them.
We may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records for up to 90 days, then delete or anonymize them.
